Based on the books by Robert Graysmith, Zodiac follows Graysmith’s investigation into the man who did the killings – a man who has never been brought to justice. It is one of the most intriguing unsolved crimes in the US history. The movie is based on the true story of the man nicknamed, Zodiac, a serial killer responsible for terrorizing San Francisco, who murdered at least 37 people between 1966 and 1978. As a killer taunts police with his ciphers and letters, investigators in four jurisdictions search for the murderer. The case will become an obsession for them as their lives and careers are built and destroyed by the endless trail of clues.
